A legacy-staffing-supplier turned brand-new-MSP partnered with Rad to create an analytics implementation plan for their newly established business. Rad created a full-scale plan covering VMS report optimization, team structure, recommended AI capabilities, and training paths for team members. Several months removed, the MSP still refers to the plan as they continue to establish their footprint in the industry.

VMS Data Streamlining

The end-client brought in Rad Consultants for their market-leading, robust Power BI dashboard solution built specifically for contingent labor programs. Leveraging this dynamic dashboard, the client maximized visibility and flexibility and enabled quick and easy access to all critical data and insights around their contingent labor program.
